Glenn D. Krieger, DDS, MS, FAGD
Founder and Board President
Dr. Krieger graduated dental school in 1992 and moved to Seattle in 1996, where he established a solo boutique restorative practice.
After 20 years as a restorative and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Krieger returned to residency to become an orthodontist and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He currently maintains a private orthodontic practice in Lewisville, TX and is the founder of Orthopreneurs, an organization dedicated to helping orthodontists run their practices with an entrepreneurial bent.
More About Dr. Krieger
In the course of Dr. Krieger’s professional journey, he has always tried to assist organizations that helped veterans and their families. When Dr. Krieger started encountering disabled veterans who could not afford orthodontic care for themselves or family members, he decided that he had to do something about it. Thus was started “Embracing Our Warriors”, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that qualified disabled veterans and their family members get the orthodontic care they need.
Daniel F. Davis
Board TreaSURER
Mr. Davis began his career as an infantry officer in the United States Marines Corps where he served three combat tours in Iraq as a platoon commander and executive officer. Mr. Davis has over eight years of private equity experience and is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing investment opportunities at Thurston Group.

Mr. Davis focuses on growth equity investments, with a particular emphasis in the healthcare services sector and has helped clients develop and implement compelling strategic growth plans to improve operational efficiency.Prior to joining Thurston Group, Mr. Davis served as senior consultant at Navigant Economics and worked at UBS Financial Services. Today, he serves as a board member of Chicago’s Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation (MC-LEF).
Jon Sunray
Board Member
Jon Sunray is a retired US Air Force colonel, having served for twenty-five years on active duty between 1978 and 2003. His duties spanned special technical and intelligence operations,system acquisition, and organizational leadership. After his retirement in 2003, Mr. Sunray joined The Aerospace Company and served as an engineering consultant to the Department of Defense. In 2006 he formed his own engineering consulting company, SolRay, and has led various technical design and management projects for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
More About Mr. Sunray
Mr. Sunray was born in Curacao and spent the majority of his life before age 18 living in Mexico City. This experience helped nurture an appreciation for international affairs, which, coupled with his family’s history of military and public service, motivated him to join the military and support the federal government. His interest in service to others influenced him in various ways as a community volunteer.
Mr. Sunray was a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician, a tutor for adults and children, youth league soccer and basketball coach, mentor for the Special Olympics program, and photographer for the Honor Flight program in support of veterans. Mr. Sunray is currently tutoring young children and serves as a volunteer at Reagan National Airport, where he supports the Traveler’s Aid program. His other interests include flying general aviation and radio- controlled models, cycling, tennis and pickle ball.
Robin Coen
Executive Director and Board of directors
Ms. Coen is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Board Chair, and Treasurer. Ms.Coen has managed donor relationships and fundraising, as well as media, social media and community outreach. She has a proven track record of successfully starting non-profits from the ground up and overseeing their growth and development. Ms. Coen has also been instrumental in the evaluation and restructuring of an international non-profit.

Ms. Coen has served as the Executive Director for Smile for a Lifetime, an international charitable organization that provides orthodontic care to underprivileged children. Prior to this, she founded a non-profit for homeless youth, which she led for over 15 years. Ms. Coen has also held positions as the Director of Missions and Outreach and Supervisor for the Guardian ad Litem program in Gainesville, FL. Specialties Include: Nonprofit management, fundraising, budgeting, strategic planning, operations, executive communications, media relations and crisis communications.
Dr. Greg Goggans

Dr. Gregory Goggans earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in 1984, followed by a Certificate of Orthodontics and a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee in 1986.
In 2015, Dr. Goggans co-founded Smile Doctors Orthodontics, where he currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Integrations Officer. His commitment to professional excellence is evident through his memberships in numerous organizations and advancing formal educational programs.

Beyond his dental career, Dr. Goggans served as a Georgia State Senator from 2004 to 2012, where he chaired the Appropriations for State of Georgia Healthcare. His legislative work has been recognized with numerous awards, including ‘Legislator of the Year’ from various healthcare associations.
Dr. Goggans is also deeply involved in philanthropic endeavors, serving on the boards of multiple foundations and community organizations. His lifelong dedication to healthcare and public service makes him an invaluable asset to our mission of providing charitable care to disabled veterans.
Traci fisher

Traci Fisher is a United States Military Academy (USMA) graduate and former US. Army captain and helicopter pilot.
Traci is an Executive Leadership Coach (PCC ICF) and CEO of two Cleveland-based companies. Traci is a certified Red Team Thinker, Positive Intelligence Coach, author, and host of The Healthy Leader Podcast.
Traci helps leaders navigate the complexities of maintaining health and fulfillment within demanding schedules. Her work centers around bridging the gap between wellness, self-leadership, and leadership.
After 20+ years of working in the health and fitness industry, Traci developed the “Wellbeingness® Model,” a self-leadership framework designed to guide leaders through a scientifically grounded, concise, and transparent process. This model empowers leaders to cultivate both their own wellness and that of those they lead. Traci is working on her first book, “The Healthy Leader,” showcasing the model and self-leadership techniques.
Traci is an avid supporter of multiple veteran organizations, a volunteer coach at The Honor Foundation, and honored to be a part of the Embracing Our Warriors team.

Dr. Jamie Reynolds is a dynamic and dedicated professional and one of the nation’s leading voices on high-tech and accelerated orthodontics. He is a leading authority in his field, an in-demand speaker, a relentless innovator, and a successful private-practice orthodontist at Reynolds Orthodontics in Novi, Rochester Hills, Troy, and West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Dedicated to bringing the best in orthodontic care to his local community and beyond, he co-founding OrthoFi to help make cutting-edge orthodontic treatments an affordable option for more people, and the metro-Detroit chapters of Smile for a Lifetime and Smiles Change Lives, two national foundations that provide “smile scholarships” for children of low-income families. Recently, he founded Project Mariposa, a local philanthropic effort aimed at growing into a national orthodontic treatment charity.

Dr. Darren J Forcier, DDS, FACD

Dr. Forcier earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Having been awarded an ROTC scholarship and the Health Professions scholarship, Dr. Forcier entered active duty in the US Army Dental Corps upon graduation in 2001. He served as a general dental officer for 4 years with assignments at Fort Sam Houston, TX, Fort Campbell, KY, and Wurzburg, Germany. He deployed and helped establish the dental clinic at Camp Anaconda, Balad Air Base, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
