At Embracing Our Warriors, our mission is made possible through the support of our community. In 2026, we are hosting three national fundraising initiatives, and we would love your participation.
Each event offers a unique way to get involved, have fun, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans and their families.

November – 11-for-11: Smiles for Veterans

MAY fundraiser:
VESPA SWEEPSTAKES
The May Vespa Sweepstakes is a nationwide, fully online fundraiser that brings together communities, orthodontic practices, veteran organizations, corporate partners and individual supporters to help us serve veterans with service-related disabilities. Our goal is to raise $20,000 through our sweepstakes to support our mission.
Participants will have the chance to purchase tickets HERE and stand a chance to win a beautiful Vintage 1961 purple Vespa, VBB 150, while making a meaningful difference.
All proceeds raised through the sweepstakes go towards supporting disabled veterans.
Sweepstakes ends June 30, 2026, and the winner will be announced July 8, 2026.

For Practices, Veteran Organizations & Community Partners
Sweepstakes Team Challenge
If your office enjoys a little friendly competition, you’ll love this.
The challenge is a fun, fully online event where your team can help spread the word, drive ticket sales and promote the sweepstakes in your office by creating engaging social media videos to get people to sign up.
Each week we’ll feature a leaderboard highlighting the teams selling the most tickets. At the end of the challenge, the top-performing teams will earn bragging rights as our Veterans Smile Champion!
How To PARTICIPATE
1. Register Your Team: Click on the link below to register your practice or company.
2. Receive Your Custom Code: After registering, you’ll receive an email with a unique coupon code for the sweepstakes site.
When your supporters use this code, they’ll receive bonus tickets with their purchase, boosting their chances of winning while also increasing your total entries on the leaderboard.
P.S. Supporters can purchase tickets as many times as they’d like, giving them even more chances of winning and support for your practice.
3. Start Promoting: Spread the word in your office and invite patients, clients, friends, and family to participate. (No handling money or tickets. It’s all done online!)
4. Get Creative on Social Media: Create fun, engaging videos with your team showing how you’re boosting ticket sales. Share on social media, tag @embracingourwarriors, and use the designated hashtags in the toolkit. Don’t forget to share your coupon code online with your audience.
5. Unlock Matching Support: Once your team reaches $500 in ticket sales, reach out to community partners or industry reps and invite them to match your impact with a $500 donation.
The best part is you do not have to worry about handling tickets or collecting payments, just creativity, teamwork, and lots of fun. Whether you go all in on the challenge or simply share it with your network, every effort makes a difference.

To add excitement and expand our impact, we’re inviting community partners to sponsor participating groups by matching funds raised, up to $500 per team.
Sponsors are also encouraged to:
- Offer additional incentives or prizes (donuts on a particular day, t-shirts, etc.)
- Help promote the sweepstakes within their network
